Mark Wilson is the Ambassador for Jim Beam in the Midwest. He has conducted over 15 bourbon dinners in his 20 years in the liquor industry. The featured bourbons for this year's event are Knob Creek, Booker's, Baker's, and Basil Hayden.
The event will take place Thursday, February 25 th from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm at Saffron. The cost is $40 per person.

It's time again for our Annual German Estates Poducer's Tour and Tasting ! This event will be held on Saturday, March 13th from 6:30-9:30 PM at the Gull Lake Country Club.
These winemakers are visiting Kalamazoo as part of a very small tour in the United States which includes cities such as Boston , New York , Los Angeles and Chicago.
We will be featuring over 85 wines at this tasting, and you will have the opportunity to meet 9 estate owners. This tasting will feature a glimpse at some of the new and delicious 2009 vintages direct from cask. In addition, we will be featuring wines that range from dry to semi-dry to sweet, from rose to sparkling wines.
If you've ever been curious to learn more about German Wines, this event is for you. Throughout the evening, you will be able to speak directly with the producers and winemakers that know more about these wines than anyone! This tasting promises to challenge both your pallette and your conceptions of truly fine German Wines.
Special discounts will be offered for orders placed at the tasting. The cost of this event is $30.00 per person , and reservations must be made before noon on the Friday before the tasting. Your reservation fee provides you with wine samples, complimentary hors d'ouevres, and the rare opportunity to speak with this special group of Producers.
