Cambozola Cheese

  • The flavor of this popular, factory-made cheese is the product of a marriage between Camembert and Gorgonzola, hence, the name. It has a white, Brie-like, white, bloomy rind surrounding a rich, buttery triple crème (70% butterfat) interior with blue veining. Recommended wines are light- to medium-bodied Burgundies and Bordeaux.
