A classic straight rye whiskey, named for the New Orleans coffee house which was the birthplace of the eponymous cocktail – the one and only Sazerac. While it was originally made with Cognac, the Sazerac is particularly popular with a rye whisky (such as this fine example from the Buffalo Trace distillery) at its core.
