The Lost Blend from Compass Box is comprised of 2 unpeated Highland whiskies, coming from the Clynelish and Allt-á-Bhainne distilleries, and a peated whisky from the Caol Ila distillery on Islay. It has been named in honour of a past Compass Box expression, Eleuthera, which has been lost to the ravages of time, and also shares a name with a 1907 story by O. Henry about two bartenders trying to remember and recreate a blend of spirits which possessed almost supernatural qualities. For the Lost Blend, Compass Box have created three different labels, all based around a theme of lost things, like keys, books and shoes (it happens). So please be aware, your label might not look exactly like this one.

Strictly 1 Per Customer! A classic straight rye whiskey, named for the New Orleans coffee house which was the birthplace of the eponymous cocktail - the one and only Sazerac. While it was originally made with Cognac, the Sazerac is particularly popular with a rye whisky (such as this fine example from the Buffalo Trace distillery) at its core.

Salon 2002 is what we French might call "une belle ame" – a noble soul, the soul of Champagne Salon. Salon 2002 is the very essence of Salon, representing everything Salon has ever stood for. Its self-assurance and power give it the poise of a ballerina. Its mellow golden color; lively, delicate nose; the palate exploding with flavors of honeyed orange flower, candied citrus fruits and madeleine buns fresh from the oven. On tasting, the wine feels simultaneously rich and restrained, the complexity of the aromas and flavors almost precision-engineered. *Very limited quantity available.
